The team at Lakeridge Park Residential is taking the time to reflect on the year with progress made in the community. We have had a significant number of sublease extensions take advantage of the introductory offer. In the year, we summarize the activity:

• Meetings with residents regarding the lease modernization program options (simultaneous sales addendum, and internal financing)
• Final extension of the introductory pricing to end in 2023 and early notices about 2024/2025 annual fees
• Inaugural annual service fee report to residents
• Increased communication with more informative updates and two-way engagement
• New Facebook page and more email subscribers
• Sublease modernization program increased participation
