Summer 2024 Updates
August 13, 2024The sublease modernization program is going well with a large contingent of lots modernized. We thank everyone for their continued support into the program. The sublease extension pricing will be updated on January 1, 2025 to reflect the 2024 land assessment amount. Please refer to your tax assessments for these potential changes.
The tree removal program was a success behind Tomat Ave and in select areas in the development. If you have any concerns regarding trees or other issues, please report it on the website or contact us. We are aware of several streetlights out, and service requests have been sent to the contractors.
Subleased lot owners in the original lease that passed their 35-year ASF fee date had their notices mailed to them via registered mail. This amount will be on the invoices that go out in the next several weeks.
