Winter 2025 Updates

The sublease modernization program has a good base of extended subleases with a few more properties completed to date. The overall market has slowed, and we anticipate this to pick up in the future as owners weigh their options.
The three-lot home project on Tomat Ave is awaiting final approval from WFN. These homes are planned to be suite ready with walk-out basements. We look forward to starting this project sometime this year.
Lakeridge is repairing several streetlights in the area. We had reports for lights on Michelle Crescent, Abel Street, Bayview Court, and Essen Road. The high-pressure sodium bulbs and ballasts are being replaced with efficient LED units. This project should be completed in the next few weeks.
Please keep the road and common areas clear of any vehicles and other materials. We remind everyone that there is no permanent parking or storage allowed on the roadway or ditch area. We will be taking action to address and remediate these issues. Please report any ongoing or new issues on the website that pertain to the common areas including streetlights.
