Spring 2024 Update
June 20, 2024Autumn 2024 Updates
November 7, 2024There were several complaints reported regarding sublease owner’s landscaping, trailers, illegal dumping, and vehicles parked on the roadways. It is noted in the sublease that lots must be kept in good condition including landscaping and lawn maintenance. Dead hedges, dead trees, tall and dry grass, excessive weeds, and tall hedges must be addressed. These clauses must not be breached and are there to help protect the neighbourhood and keep things in good order.
There are no vehicles or trailers permitted to park on the roadways or common areas as per the lease and Westbank First Nation laws. Please continue to report suspected vehicles or illegal dumping in the area. Please note that the WFN Law Enforcement Officers are also active in the area and may issue tickets at their own discretion.
Residents will see the tree removal project delayed until September. This project was extended several weeks due to the weather and bird nesting window. Please stay tuned for updates regarding the tree removal services in the common areas.
Residents that have passed their 35-year annual rent (ASF fee) date that are not modernizing will have their lot appraised by two appraisers this summer. The land appraisal project is close to completion. The company will prepare an official notice following the completion to give as much time as possible before the next billing period.
If you see any issues in the area, please report it on the website or give us a call at 250-768-5617. Email info@lakeridgepark.ca
