August 13, 2024There were several dead trees reported on the ridge between Sneena Road and Tomat Avenue inside Lakeridge Park’s lease area. The trees were investigated and there will be a contractor and/or forestry workers to complete the work soon. The sublease modernization project is going well with more modernization agreements completed to date. We are seeing many of the pending agreements now closed this spring.
Residents that have passed their 35-year annual rent (ASF fee) date that are not modernizing will have their lot appraised by two appraisers this summer. The land appraisal project started and should be completed by end of July. The company will prepare notices following the completion to give as much time as possible before the next billing period.
Residents who modernized this year are only required to pay the original ASF amount for the 2024 year as it is prepaid before each calendar year. In the summer, the company will prepare another annual service fee report that shows the fee revenue, expenses, and upcoming maintenance budget.
