November 28, 2022This notice is to publish the WFN Membership referendum with providing a modernized lease to Lakeridge Park Residential Corporation. The final outcome was a majority yes vote as noted below:
The next steps of the legal and marketing aspects will be outlined in the New Year. The sub-lease extensions will be transacted on a voluntary basis.
